huhh, hourglass/mercurial can deal with assassin's dagger, full stop. It doesn't matter who is wearing it, Talon or Zed. If it's Talon using the new dagger, you can still Zhonya the mark from the dagger, just like for Zed. If your problem is that Talon is killing you without proc'ing the dagger passive, then it's not the dagger the problem...

Talon has zero way of dealing with anyone remotely tanky. He just bursts the squishies and does collateral AOE damage to anyone else happening to be by
