Lets buff Clairvoyance
Clairvoyance is actually one of my favourite summoner spells, while it might not give extra damage or a shield. Clairvoyance offers you a huge vision spike over the enemy. no wards at dragon? Clairvoyance it so ziggs can steal. Same for baron. also it's good to stop top from getting ganked while youre supporting bot.
How can we buff it?
well that's what ive created this discussion for.
My thoughts is, why not allow clairvoyance to drop a minute ward just like 
can do.
why not allow clair to stack charges so you can use them all at once in a chase?
