The new queue system is good for ranked, but bad for normals

Ranked used to be pick order and you would go into ranked with the expectation that you had a good chance of not playing your main champ/role and that was something you just had to accept going into fair, so this new system where you're guaranteed one of two roles and get to choose the champ after discussion other people's picks is a clear improvement and I would feel much happier going into ranked games knowing that whilst I might not get my preferred choice, I will get one of my two preferred roles.

Normals or as I would do, teambuilder

I'm a little salty, I am honestly more than willing to wait 5 minutes to get a game with my preferred role and preferred champ and this was especially important if I have recently unlocked a champ and wish to practice with them so it annoys me that what was what I considered the sort of training mode, I might not get my preferred role, even if I am willing to wait. I'm a open minded guy and there are two roles I strongly prefer actually so this isn't the worst thing ever. Except wait, I now have to play with potentially 4 other tilted players who used to play teambuilder and would get their preferred role who are one death away from griefing because they were forced into their secondary role.
