Please tell me Zed is not allowed to be able to purchase it. Otherwise we're being forced to deal with one of league's best escape artists, who now gets to be tanky, while having a huge Ad steroid on top of his huge Ad steroid.
And his ultimate just got buffed.

CKirk1 votesIt's not that huge. It's only slightly more than a pickaxe, at max level. See, it's only a % of base AD, not all AD, so at most, it provides 28.25 AD (25% of 113, Zed's lvl 18 base AD)
GamerThink1 votesIt's just base attack damage, thus around 30 (60 during the growth) at level 18. And Zed's abilities don't scale on base attack damage at all. I really don't see such an item on an AD assassin. It's mostly for people using 
and derived items.
