LeBlanc, Katarina, Talon - these champs have more than subpar winrates and are banned consistently. They were gutted in their reworks, and they are also completely useless after 30 minutes. Why would anyone in the right mind waste a ban on them over Rengar, Hecarim, Syndra, or Vayne?

Da fuk? I can maybe understand before the reworks - but they're basically a free win if you can stall the game out. There are way more 'unfun' champs than these guys. 
to name a few. And these guys all have much higher winrates and 'toxic kits' galore.
