New morde sucks

why?

  • because he can't solo he HAS to duo lane now
  • because he's melee and they suck in bot lane
  • because he has no mobility to get close enough to do damage
  • even if he gets close enough, he doesn't have the attack speed to do damage with his q
  • even if he DOES do damage, he has no tank if you build pure damage so he dies within 3s
  • he all around sucks because he CANT DO SHIT IN BOT LANE

"but he has a dragon pet!" Well being an avid dragon lover myself I thought this was awesome too. Until I found out the following things:

  • You only get to keep the dragon for 30s (or 45s) both are pretty low
  • the dragon is slow as fuck
  • the dragon's attack speed is slow as fuck
  • the dragon has to be commanded on EVERYTHING
  • by EVERYTHING I mean he has to be commanded: where to go, who to attack, when to attack, when to move, when to attack something else, etc.
  • the dragon only has 2k health so it dies in an instant anyway
  • all around, dragon sucks as well because it can never get anywhere to do damage and it dies fast anyway.

So new morde sucks. Can't outdamage bot lane and dragon pet sucks because can never get close enough to attack.

ADC's suck. They have to be commanded on EVERYTHING. Where to go, who to attack, when to attack, when to move, when to attack something else, etc. Also, they only have 2k health so they die in an instant anyway.

... if you can't be bothered to tell your pet dragon what to do, then you really shouldn't play Morde.

yes but see the difference is,

the adc doesn't randomly stop while moving the adc doesn't need the support to be near to attack

Also, I should only need to attack with morde for the dragon to attack. I shouldn't have to tell the dragon "Hey! Attack this enemy that I'm attacking as well!" The dragon should just attack the enemy I'm attacking. Then even when it does attack, the enemy starts running (which is sensible) but then it has no speed to keep up.

I can be bothered to tell my pet dragon what to do. I would just hope that it does it.
