How is jarvin balanced right now? As an ADC he quite literally 1 shots you. His point click ult alone does at least 50% of your HP... Flash ult and auto with 
+ passive and youre dead. Fun stuff.

Duskblade should have never been introduced.
A bunch of Assassins that would be fine if it wasn't for duskblade will get nerfed before they nerf that stupid item.
Honestly i'm unsure in how to feel about this debate, it's fair in the sense, where once he does a full combo he has nothing left to do to anyone else, so you can quite easily score a revenge kill on him after if he doesn't have a GA and even if he has a GA it's still pretty easy if his team doesn't try to save him. But it's quite fair for the adc or the mages point of view.
TLDR Fair for he has nothing else to give after
