Evelynn suggestions
Since I don't have a PBE account I'm just gonna post this here. Here are some suggestion for Evelynn's rework:

Her Passive - Demon Shade should give her 15 Movement Speed when she enters Stealth.

Her W - Allure should give you vision of the target you marked for the duration.

Evelynn needs AD scalings for her Q - Hate Spike, E - Whiplash (even Empowered Whiplash) and R - Last Caress.

Her E ability icons should be swapped.

The slash of her R - Last Caress should stun the target currently marked with W - Allure.

Bring back the "I like it when they scream..." quote.
