@Meddler Reasons to bring back Normal Draft

So, as you might know, Normal Draft got removed from a couple of regions a few patches ago. With it's removal, Normal Blind became extremely toxic (not that it wasn't before, but now it's way worse). My question is: is there any chance that Normal Draft will be brought back ?

In essence, Normal Draft is the queue where you are supposed to practice for Ranked, right ? So how can you practice when you are only able to play in an unhealthy queue that is full of people who are fighting for their lanes, instalockers and most of the time players who are unsportsmanlike. I'd rather wait 5-10 minutes to find a game in Normal Draft than to enter a Normal Blind game.
