My Biggest Issue with Teammates in Onslaught

I load into any given lobby, and it immediately becomes clear that half my team has no idea what they're doing. Meanwhile I'm going for the 2 Augment Mission. They don't know the optimal team comps. They don't know the optimal Augments. They don't know the optimal builds. Most of my Onslaught games are lost in champion select.

The most frustrating thing is, I say you need 'X' Augment for the champion they're playing, and they hit me with "I don't have that Augment. I know I need it. But I don't have it". I didn't even touch Onslaught until I knew I had the best possible Augments for Ziggs/Malphite/Yasuo (who I think are the most optimal champions for the 4/3/2 Augment missions).

One of the most frustrating things in LoL as a whole are people who are burdens, who know they're going to be a burden before the game starts, but they play that game anyway. "My Laptop can only run LoL at 15 fps but I'll queue up for ranked anyway", "I'm getting 200ms ping and 50% packet loss but I'll queue up for ranked anyway", "I don't have the right Augments but I'll queue up for Onslaught anyway instead of grinding augments in Crewmember/Captain Diffifulty". F*&^ off out of my game. Go waste someone else's time.
