like you guys nerfed his ass into the ground with the passive nerf a while back (the cd is too long now), his ult cd (same), the cotc nerf, and his w slowing him everytime it runs out. i would suggest just giving him some mana ratios, but the balance team might have a brain aneurysm doing something that makes sense.
Denims Wrath6661 votesim bringing this up because blitz has way too much counter play and punishment unless you bronze it into their face to land the q while building FULL TANK just so you don't instantly die. whats the point of building any mana when his passive is that long? just give blitz one more mana ratio, even if its just on his static field proc (not the active, the passive). give them a reason to actually build some mana items without it actually costing games cause you didn't go full damage or full tank.
