New Support Items Still Have Minion/Creep Penalty when Fully Upgraded T3

The new support items still give a gold penalty with minions even when fully upgraded to T3. The old support items did not do this.

Is this intended or an mistake? Just curious. Thanks!

Yeah, it's intended. Idk why they felt it was necessary. Maybe they know something we don't idk man. But I'm securing kills left and right because of it so idc, I won't suffer alone xDDD
