Can we get a tiny buff to Bloodrazor?

Right now, the top junglers are all Warrior junglers and Cinderhulk junglers, with the occasional Elise and Evelynn going Runic Echoes. Bloodrazor junglers have sort of been left in the dust.

Can we get a tiny Bloodrazor buff so that Bloodrazor junglers can become a little bit more relevant? Not enough to make it OP, but enough to keep Bloodrazor junglers in the game and encourage some jungler diversity.

What if instead of capping Bloodrazor's damage to minions and monsters at 75, it was capped at 90 instead? That doesn't sound unreasonable, right? That way, it won't affect champion combat at all, but will still give Bloodrazor junglers that small push they need to not get overshadowed by the other jungler types.

I think you're looking at this the wrong way -- it's not the item itself that needs to be buffed but rather how the jungle is currently favoring junglers who are able to gank.

Spawn times are a lot longer with each camp being worth more gold and exp. What happens is that a Lee Sin is going to complete his clear a bit slower than Master Yi, but by the time they are both done none of the camps will have respawned yet to farm more. So what do you do with the extra time? You gank or invade and who would you rather do that with? Lee or Master Yi?

Bloodrazor isn't weak; the meta just doesn't favor junglers who focus solely on farming which is what all the bloodrazor users do.

I honestly think the main purpose of picking Bloodrazor junglers over Warrior junglers is objective control.

Right now the meta favors ganking and snowballing, which Warrior junglers excel at, so to counteract that, we should give a little incentive for people to pick Bloodrazor junglers by making them slightly better at what they do.

I disagree -- we should reduce the snowballing potential of the game by reducing damage and the early gold leads available (which they are actually doing next patch).

Secondly we should also change jungle spawn times to where if you decide to gank it should be at the costs of losing time farming the jungle so that if your gank is unsuccessful you end up further behind than someone who farms the whole time.

I'm happy they're implementing the first point -- we will see if they ever do the second.

Maybe we can add some lethality on it ...

With the exception of Shyvana, most of the bloodrazor junglers are skirmishers and marksmen, none of whom have great ganks in a gank-heavy meta, and champions like Shyvana and Warwick who can use bloodrazor can also opt for cinderhulk to be tankier when the teamfights start. The problem with bloodrazor is not necessarily that it's weak but that the junglers who use it don't fit well with the current meta.

There is no real issue with Bloodrazor's current state. The issue is that the farm-oriented playstyle used by most Devourer junglers isn't really viable at the moment.

Games are decided rather early due to how heavily the game snowballs, so they just can't afford to farm for mid-game or late-game.

You need to be able to gank early and often to have any chance at winning the game which many Warrior, Runic Echoes and Cinderhulk junglers do far better.

The issue isn't with the item.

The issue is that the champions who want the item don't fit the current meta.

Which is exactly why we should incentivize picking Bloodrazor, even by just a little bit.

It is why the current meta and jungle have to be fixed as a whole.

Devourer junglers are of minor consequence in comparison to everything else currently wrong.
