What happened to Cassiopeia?
I see Vlad, Malz, Viktor, Annie, Anivia and Swain threads all over.
But what happened to Cass? Anybody played her after 6.9, how is she, how should she be built?

On the pre rework Cass I couldn't afford to build liandry because Void Staff was almost always better. Now with the new passive, you can.
At the moment.. her early game mana costs are atrocious. She can become quite a threat after a few items but you're going to have to depend on your jungler a bit.
Overall she's a bit on the weak side. She can't afford to fall behind at all now so I guess some buffs will ensue
