what adc dont use crit at all ?

crit crit uses an ad crit build that does magic damage can use crit and works really well with it, but easier to go dont use crit as much any more but it was common for triforce build with IE can still use crit for autos scales on crit but dont have to be built crit base adc aoe/crit build crit is common on him crit isnt bad on him... just easier and cheaper to go other build and try to take advantage of early game spike can use crit crit base adc crit base adc crit /bork aoe crit works with him we all know about crit vayne crit based adc

kalista is 100% pick ban despite only building runnans for crit and doing less damage than every other adc would if she does build crit, kog builds on hit, Ez is still a strong jungler at worlds, and lucian rushes black cleaver and blade the way pro's build him.
