can we get some fid buffs?

he's basically worthless in every role now. Thanks to the damage creep, his drain is pointless because either you build tank/bruiser, and do no damage or get or get bursted down for standing still, while his e is too unreliable, and weak. his ult is ok, but again the damage is tuned too low for the current meta. only his q is actually decent. This is made worse by the fact that since he's so weak for a jung-focused champ, everyone invades his jungle, and steals camps, which just compounds his weaknesses by hurting his ability to farm.

Then, even if you do well, and get ahead somehow, his scaling is low so he still feels weak.
