The last one was broken but it had synergy with Morde
Why can we keep some synergy and fix the numbers. Had some hope Riot actually cared about Morde for an afternoon.

liandry gives 10% more damage, 80 ap 300 hp, and the dot while nerfed IS STRONGER THAN CURRENT HP DAMAGE THAT WE HAVE RIGHT NOW liandry is still broken despite the nerf on passive
do whatever you want, but they can nerf the %hp damage again and it will be still strong because it gives hp+ap which are the 2 stats that morde needs

Sorry I was up way to late last night and mis read the pbe changes. I thought they removed the torment passive entirely. Knee jerk reaction post. Sorry MB
