Swain Needs A New W

Not only does this spell feel out of place compared to the rest of his kit, but it's also extremely unreliable with how long its wind-up is, costs too much mana, does very little damage, all resulting with it doing next to nothing outside of a small circle of vision.

Please address this spell soon, the sooner this gets changed the better Swain will feel.
