They should just remove mana regeneration on Blue Buff too, just to really hurt mages.

Actually tear and idol have been buffed, compared to before. It's only chalice that has been nerfed.

Mana is meaningfull again, you need two items (chalice and tear) to solve the mana isuue insetad of just one. It matters whether you build mana or Ap, so that was definitely done right.

There are problems when comparing energy with mana. Doesn't mean that mana got into a bad spot now, rather that energy remains there.

And while you're building another Mana item, your manaless lane opponent just got their SECOND damage item. Enjoy your regen while being dead because you have no damage!!

Energy and manaless champs rule the Rift right now-the stats don't lie, only the cake.

As I said there are problem in that match up now, nbut they are not with the mana, but with the others.

Essentially making the mana champs resourceless too by giving them infinite mana, was a way to deal with the problem, but not one to solve the issue.

Yup.

Tear is probably the only viable mana item left outside of maybe building into a RoA. Now mages who are "good" with Tear will begin to shine a bit (Cass) and be nerfed because of it (Cass).
