Why is it autofill give you bad teams?

If I queue for support, I get decent adc, mid, top, jg half of the time.

If I get autofilled as support my entire team is slow 80%+ of the time.

Why? Am I suppose to queue for support every two games so I don't get auto filled with slow people?

getting autofilled affect your perseption of things and make you notice bad things more. queuing support every too game would work, just get a support duo

It seems to be the opposite for me. When I autofill support, I get humans for team mates, when I queue for support, I get tampons for team mates.
