Which would be find if the solo against a duo actually got a level advantage.
That could be fixed pretty easily.
Or the Jungle respawn time could be improved to the point that a Jungler working each quadrant would be a viable alternative. So you would have the option of giving up Jungle resources to protect a Farmer, or take two solo lanes and pray they don't feed gloriously.
