Why not increase Tahm Kench's W cooldown if it was recently used on ALLIES instead of general?

26 second cooldown at Level 1 just feels shitty af, especially for those who still loves playing top/jungle Tahm Kench. I see no reason for this nerf to be affecting every role.

Make it so that if Tahm devours something that's not an ally, at least refund 50% of the cooldown.

Also give him back the movement speed for walking away from enemies.

Honestly, no. That's too much protection as it is.

Or alternatively, they can remove allied Devour altogether and revert the E nerfs.

He´ll still be a decent support, but he won´t be a get out of jail free card for his braindead ADC.

Then what is he good for as a support? One slow & tp, and that's it. He'll just be completely useless without the allied devour.

He also has a shield and can still peel even without allied Devour. Pretty sure support TK also leaves W to max last, preferring Q or E maxed first/second or vice-versa.

Riot nerfing his W damage and CDs won´t solve the problem of why he's overbearing in pro play.

Similarly to how Rickless' gutting of Irelia did next to nothing to solve her mid lane problem and nearly destroying Doran's Ring as an item did very little to solve the mage waveclear problem. Or how nerfing Camille's E damage did not stop E-max Camille and the champion in general from being a problem.

Sure, the nerfs were felt, but small nerfs on the right areas affect a lot more than heavy nerfs on the wrong areas.

W was always maxed second to reduce the cooldown needed to save his allies more. There's basically no point in putting 2 points in E just for the healing. His W is literally the icon of why he's played in proplays. Remove that, then why even bother picking him when they can just play Braum or Alistar since they have higher & better AoE CC than TK himself. That TK W nerf is nowhere close to being called a "small" nerf.

Camille's E maxing was significantly more about having lower cooldown so that she can be a bit more mobile in both combat & escaping(especially as a jungler), and having better DPS damage with the Attack Speed debuff. The base damage nerf was literally a wrist slap, and did not solved anything at all.
