An enemy teemo hid in a bush near my team. So I attacked him with Kog'maw's q. And he didn't break.

. It revealed him, but I couldn't target him. What's the point?

ZephyrDrake1 voteshis stealth only breaks through movement, whether it's him moving somewhere else or someone displacing him/knocking him up it doesn't matter. He is still taking damage so if you know where he is and you have an ability that is able to deal damage to him then just keep using the ability until he decides to do something or die
