That is what Meddler said not your "here is my take on what he said" if you are going to use quotes then put exactly what they said instead of your interpretation of things. love how people just throw random quotes that were never said... first it will be something that is good on bruisers but isn't intended to be just for them because keystones are supposed to be of value to many subclasses and trying to make something that just specifically targets bruiser needs is insanely difficult and limiting and there would be no guaranteed that tanks or any other type of champion wouldn't just abuse the rune hell and back.
Chembaron Yamada2 votesIt's going to be a resolve rune, so I doubt that marksmen will be really interested in it, since it forces them into a suboptimal rune path.
And of course it's not just for bruisers, the runes are designed that multiple subclasses of champions can use them. Just like comet isn't a mage only rune or electrocute isn't an assassin only rune.
