What if Rammus's Powerball began with a short skill-shot dash to activate? Rather than him just spinning on the spot like a silly sonic, what if he jumped forward a little to gain the initial momentum and could no longer sit still and spin. He would have to keep moving.
He would not be able to dash over walls, just a little jump forward.

I think having to begin his powerball with a dash could be juked if you move at the right time.
invisiblecat11 votesI like the idea of not being able to sit still I was think that he could charge up his Q, but has to be stationary, and the charges forward based on the time it was charges If it hits an enemy it will do the same thing as today If it misses, then he should roll with increased movement speed for a while
MuffledGarbage1 votesThe Dash would feel really akward because of how the movement speed ramps up for Rammus Q(Powerball) so it'd be like Fast small dash--> slow start--> ramping speed up.
The Silly sonic the hedgehog sitting still while waiting is a part of Rammus's gameplay that's hilariously fun to play with.
