A balance issue that surpasses winrates.

Playrate. I understand winrates are still very important, but maintaining that winrate with an enormous playrate is a red flag. It's often not just remedied with a nerf, it's usually a problem with the champion. Some champions are way too adaptable and good in almost all situations.

All of these champions have above 20% playrates along with being in the top 5 for winrate in their respective roles (from OP.GG).

I agree with this, when pick rate > 20%, and win rate > 52.5% we are seeing a champion that is a touch too consistent and should probably get knocked down at least a little bit.

But generally almost no one ever seems to think an actual support (not a typical midlaner taken support) can be too good because "they're a support". cough Janna cough

Because they either have versatile kits or have kits that work exceedingly well in teamcomps where high-level players would play together?

Also what are you smoking? Lucian's winrate is complete garbage right now. Janna's always been incredibly strong because of her kit, which includes a shield that can be applied to important things (teammates and structures), her tornado threatening tool, and instant disengage + massive heal ultimate. Jhin's still strong, but he's nowhere near OP anymore. He's just a decent champion, same with how other champions are pretty much always strong. Him being popular right now is just due to the current meta.

Lucian's winrate is bad, the visual on the sight was a little messed up. It's not just high level players though, winrate is for all elos.
