was that last buff on veigar really necessary? like, he gets 1300 ap every game and just presses r and things die. how was this a good idea?

he's literally barely different than before. I'm 90% sure that most of his change is people actually playing him.

It was indeed necessary: it was shit on different levels when you ganked successfully a lane and you did not get a kill but only assist, and to get the ap you were either forced to ks or deal with it.

Any time I play Veigar I have 630+ AP by the 20 minutes mark... BALANCED !

good for you silver 3, but as your history says you only played him once in ranked, and lost his normal match. When you fight against decent foes then he isnt not overpowerd, hes just as strong as every other champ

Veigar only has a lot of burst, and a slow acting cc that can be avoided, not to mention part of his burst is a delayed skillshot and another part is a line skillshot. Veigar is perfectly fine as he is
