How to make Aatrox good again.

People have been suggesting this since Sion got reworked, it seems it's not gonna happen.

Personally i'd like to see Aatrox reworked closer to his role, acting as a sort of Initiatior Aura Buffing champ with an ult that ACTUALLY turns the tide, right now his kit is just selfish for being someone that frenzies his allies, inspires them and leads them to victory, something like Irelia's stun, if your team's current % hp is lower than the enemy's he gets a better benefit out of the eventual spells he can use to help his team.

yes. Please take whatever skill that was required to play him out of the way. Don't you know we only want champions who auto attack to win? Geez.

I actually think we need more auto attack champions. We don't have nearly enough. We need another udyr and trundle. Lets double up on all these guys.

I love how "duelists" in this game is comprised entirely of auto attacking lol. So much skillz in these duelist kits i'll tell ya. lol. Aatrox is too difficult hes got too much going on riot.

I hate how people say riven takes no skill at all and then they play these AA attack champions. At least riven has some amount of timing required. She requires good judgement.

Here, I'll fix the title:

How to break Aatrox.

...Do you have any idea how overpowered 100% lifesteal is? Sion, full AD, could tank an ADC'S CRIT AUTOS, DOING 600-800 PER HIT JUST FROM AUTO ATTACKS. Give this to a champion who has a gapcloser AND a self revive and that could be a gigantic problem.

The problem is, Sion's old ultimate didn't work with Sion's old ultimate. It was a really weird combination of stats and forced an unusual and unhealthy choice on the opponents. Either focus the (potentially) off-tank, which is what everyone learns not to do. Or let him do his thing, which is also healing his team, while doing damage.

Aatrox just needs his numbers messed around with. He needs higher health/damage ratios I'd say. And maybe make his knockup more reliable.

Sions old ultimate wasn't a good ultimate.

I know it seems pretty OP, but that isn't my point; I mean it was bad in terms of gameplay.

You could be building very tanky or bruiser-ish, and have a ludicrous amount of sustain on top of it. Aatrox has a slow and a dash/knockup as well as built in damage (giving him this ultimate would mean his W could be in damage form and not cost anything, as well as filling his bloodwell, giving him attackspeed from it, and healing his allies at the same time).

Aatrox shouldn't have Sion's old ultimate. And if he did, the rest of his kit would need to be gimped.

The only thing he really needs if anything is for his ratios to go up and his W to be made Magic damage

Right now he only ever builds Botrk then full tank. Give him some incentive to build more damage oriented items.
