New point system for upgrading items before game.

any riot member just toss a comment on it. nothing fancy if you don't want to really, but I want this genuinely regarded as a potential. Meta change that isn't a rip off of dota. keep those faking punks from calling league a dota knock off by changing it this way.

This sounds like one of the systems in Infinite Crisis (another MOBA)

Is the Mastery/Rune system not enough for customization? I don't think it would add as much variation as OP would think. ADCs would just enhance the core items they would already grab, along with APCs and almost any other role.

i wasn't aware of that... still this idea isn't a terrible one to actually CHANGE THE META. since it really doesn't change much honestly.
