Mordes q and devourer
Why doesn't it make mordes q proc faster? While we are at it hydra doesn't always proc on q either.

Morde doesn't have it for blatantly obvious/abuse reasons (his Q would become even more broken than it already is.)
GigglesO1 votesNo, actually go play morde, every once in awhile your q does only magic damage, so you don't apply titanic hydra. Also, if everyone else is getting their 3 hits off sooner, this really isn't fair to morde.
