How has ardent not been hot fixed or the ardent champions? + more

I don't see how Riot decided that duskblade needed a hot fix but ardent hasn't received one. Not saying the duskblade hot fix wasn't needed, but duskblade was only beneficial to a few champions, and the extra damage was only bound to you the person with the item. Ardent censor damn near can give your whole team extra damage depending on who you pick. Everyone already hated janna and soraka and now they're just even more frustrating because their heals get boosted.

Bonus:

Why are the only rotating game modes dark star and nexus siege ? These game modes are very old and very boring. It would be nice to have some one for all or hell, Ascension/poro king back. Anything but those other 2.

Emotes are literally just 1 more toxic way to bm people but its alright because riot gets money from it.
