Banned, and I get no email?

TheWindWarden·Jan 5, 2016·2 votes·611 views

I was banned as of yesterday (1/4/2016) and it is now (1/5/2016) and i try to log onto my account, and it says the following "This account has been suspended until 1/5/2016. Please view the email adress associated with this account." So i get to check my email, and I'm dumbfounded. I find no email informing me of what I have done/said. I would gladly accept my punishment if I had actually know what I had did wrong to learn from it. Even though it is a day ban, it still grinds my gears knowing that I am banned, and I don't get a reason as of why I am. If a rioter sees this, please, find my email and message me the problem so I can stop and get better. Thank you.

Check the spam folder maybe? Otherwise put in a support ticket.

Perhaps they just haven't had the time to send it? That or an e-mail issue.

Contact customer support, let them know. I'm sure they'll inform you.

1,000,000 players online and a lot of them are getting banned for stupid reasons as well.

You'll need to submit a request to support.

alright, you need to shut up. This guy wrote a perfectly acceptable post and you come on here to be a real *** for no reason. You should be happy riot doesn't ban you from trash talking other people.

People like you ruin this community. Stating that people IN A VIDEO GAME, who use bad words, should face serious and possibly life ruining consequences is toxic in itself. It's like saying people should kill themselves for not being good at the game.

you stated Riot should perform ruinous actions against toxic in game players...don't you see how stupid and ignorant that is...it is like saying people should kill themselves for being bad, it's the same premise. A real consequence for in game action. If this were a game, the person with the ban would be you. Before you start trashing other people, I suggest you look at how to fix yourself, because you clearly have some issues.
