Can we get regular urf back?

I know the whole reason Riot put ARURF into place was because people were complaining that there were just a lot of repetitive champs. But I still see the same 25 champs in ARURF. I'm not sure if that's just terrible luck, but it's pretty old as well. At least with old urf, it was the same 20 champions but of your choice. Now, it's random chaos that's uncontrollable. The games are completely one sided. Urf was supposed to be a time where you could play whatever you want, take a break from Solo queue/Normals, and create chaos with your favorite champs. Now you're just hoping you can get a mid tier champ in ARURF. If it's really that big of problem seeing a few of the same champions in urf, could we at least have bans to keep it at bay? 8-10 would be fine. It's just giving power to the player that would make urf (for me) enjoyable again. Also, could something be done about the CoolDown of Edge of night? It's really busted.
