What the Hell to I Max and Evolve as Kha'Zix

I know this sounds like a noob question, (because it probably is) but I have no idea what I'm supposed to max and evolve as kha'zix. I've heard so many differing opinions from my friends and from other people, but the two most common ones I've seen are max q, evolve q first and don't evolve w or r (preference) and max w, evolve w first and don't evolve q at all. I've done the former for my kha'zix games and have had pretty consistent success but I've never tried the latter and I want to make sure I'm not missing out before trying it in a game and potentially feeding. Pls Halp.

Just started playing him. I was struggling with him until I stated evolving his ult 1st. I was evolving his Q 1st. It did more damage but it was harder to get a chance to do that damage. His evolved ult is really fuckin strong.

Q First always, makes your damage much better E Second always, gives you your resets to make you a team fight monster, slash skirmisher

Last choice is situation dependent

W if you plan on team fighting and poking people down

R if you plan on doing lots of gorilla war fair and split pushing

Max abilities in this order:

Q > W > E > R

Evolve them like this:

Q > E > W

This is what I do as Kha'Zix and I assume its what most people do or should do.

i dont agree 100% with everything in that guide but the skill level order is correct

as for what to evolve

always q first, always e 2nd

and the last one at lvl 16 will either be R or W depending on what your team needs for the matchup they are in but in most matchups it will be R so if you dont know, pick R for your 16

I max Q first. I evolve E first for the resets and larger leap radius, then evolve Q, then W. His ult is pointless the evolve anymore
