No, nothing can be done about that cancerous mound of troll shit.

When he stats are bad he will be useless, when they're good, he will dominate. Just like fucking fizz and for exactly the same reason.

not really he just has too many slows and cc in general its annoying as hell. with his Q he can freeze lane and clear wave and stall games forever.

With other words his kit is overloaded, simply has too much in it and needs to be butchered. If that's what you mean, then I completely agree.

I played Udyr couple of times vs Ekko and every game I ended up being dominated really hard my score ends up being 0 - X. Still trying to figure it out how to deal with him. It feels like Ekko got too much on his kit almost everything.

First of all, Udyr top isn't viable except for very specific match ups Second, why the hell do you think he could beat ekko?

Make his utilities scale with AP,so not only is he more useless as a tank he would also be less sticky
