PLZ Explain this to me....

Current MMR: 928 (Bronze 5) Current Ranking: Bronze 4 (62 LP) Current win Rate (last 20 games): 65%

So please explain how I'm only gaining 16 LP per win and losing 20+ per loss? Should the fact that I'm essentially playing "slightly" higher, and have a good W/L ratio raise my MMR to match Bronze 4? And should that also put me on par for LP gain/loss, instead of the losing more than gaining? Even at a 51% win/loss ratio, you can and will eventually climb. I'm currently at 65% and can't even get to my promos due to losing more LP than gain per match.

I'm really not trying to complain, I'm asking for a legitimate explanation of why I essentially need to have a 75% or higher win rate to climb given the current LP I'm gaining/losing?

It's probably some measure to cut back on boosted animals, you're just an unfortunate victim.

if you want to fix it, when you get to your next promos, dodge them both. you wont lose mmr but you'll stay in the same place and get more wins which will help your mmr go up relative to your current rank.

Your MMR says it all. You lose more LP by losing to teams with a lower rating than yours. Reverse when winning. A way to fix this is by duoing with someone higher than you. You will be placed with people with a higher MMR and gain more lp. But based on your rank, you will probably lose a lot (No offense, but it's an observation) in any MMR higher. theres always a reason why you have a certain MMR.

If you think that you won't be able to climb either: Play for fun until the soft reset

Make a new account if you think you'll get to your desired rank faster than actually playing on your main. Based on your performance in low bronze, it might not be worth the time though, since you'll probably be placed back into bronze.
