Bloodrazer + Blade of the Ruined King

So bloodrazer is 4% and Bork is 6%, I'm just curious if they stack to make 10%? Or would the math work differently effectively making the total damage less than 10%?

I've been building Trundle jungle/top as BR, bork, visage, sunfire, and black cleaver.

I just wanted to make sure my math is right, or if I should consider a different build path.

Guessing one would apply then the other would, so a tiny bit less than 10%

They have different passives, so no.

Bloodrazor is max% health physical damage

Botrk is current % health magic damage

So Bloodrazor does the same damage every attack. Botrk does less damage as the targets heath goes down.
