6.9 Veigar Support - Freelo Stacking

after the 6.9 changes to Veigar's passive, stacking AP with him is now easier than ever. With his E->W->Q combo, all landing, you get 3 stacks, and if either you or your ADC kill the target you get an addition stack from his Q.

Potentially +4 AP per kill/assist turns Veigar into a mid/late game nightmare to deal with. So building him a little tanky could actually be a good idea for him in the support role.

It might be fun but I doubt it will be too consistent.

you're a supp, take supp items and try to do your best poking and doing supp stuff (warding, dewarding, making calls, peeling etc.) while you get around +250-300 AP from passive voidstaff allows you to deal serious damage lategame, the rest should be utility>cdr>tankiness
