Meddler said that if this tests well on Zed, its something they would definitely consider.
He also noted that if it ends up hurting them too much though, it also opens up a bit of their power budget for changes in other areas.
I dunno if that'd be a good decision, mostly because leblanc w is designed to trigger her sigil with returning asap safely. If she'd get this one sec delay on her W, then she'll loose a alot of safety if she jumps directly on someone. I play her often and I can tell that she's in need of balance, because she can be extremly frustrating to play against, though i think this would be a wrong decision. Also, the delay nerf on Zed only seems to apply on his ultimate, not on his w shadows too, so i feel like that it won't be considered for leblanc too.

Maybe.
Though you have to consider that most Leblanc's use their W to deal damage (Leblanc players are maxing w nowadays) are where they deal this damage in essentially melee range.
If she had a delay, the enemy team could easily collapse on her, not to mention Leblanc has cast times while using any of her other abilities which limits her ability further to assassinate enemy players.
- kat could use the delay on her e aswell, just like yi has.

I don't feel that this is needed on her W, I feel what they should do is similar to what they did to Katarina with her Q W proc and remove leblancs ability to proc either version Q or buff Q from ultimate with her w
I say this because her W is meant more for mobility/utility to escape engage or for safety not for randomly and completely safely chunking someone without fear of retaliation, besides q has plenty of ways to be triggered outside of this safety including Q+R+E.
I also feel they should reduce w's damage by about 25% and buff the mimic of W by about 10-15% which I know sounds strange but I feel that w as I said before wasn't meant to be a safe poke, it was meant for utility, and occasionally finishing someone off, the reason for the nerf to the normal ability and buff to the ultimate is to allow thoughtful play, if you get engaged on using w to escape but your enemy pursuer ends up with low health for some reason (turret/ally champions/accidently hit baron or dragon/minions OP) she still has the ability to turn around and punish you by dashing into your face and making it less pretty.
Now, i agree LeBlanc needs some changes, although im not sure what.
But this would give her a win rate in the teens.
Zed's charge is on his ult, something used rarely. This is LB's W we are talking about. Her only way to close the gap, as well as her only way to clear waves. Give it any kind of reactivation time and you might as well delete her as a champion (which im sure is what many people want).
That is definitely the wrong way to fix LB.

I mean fuck le blanc,but I'm not sure what the point of doing this to zeds R when if all fails he should be able to easily buy time(for a whole 1 second) with his w.
OH please, why are they only nerfing champs that actually require skill, as an assasin main this to me is actually a big nerf.
Maybe they could make it so she can't max her waveclear first and still deal fuck tons of damage, since assassins are supposed to get their gold from kills, and not as much farm.
