Nerf Warwick's snowballing

Once he gets an early lead there's no stopping him, he won't fall off if he gets a lead and end the game first. He has too much life steal makin it useless to 1v1 him whether he builds tank or ad then another thing is his bonus speed which makes the snowball faster and out of control.

I'm tolerant of Warwick and his kit but I've gone through so many games where he's just unstoppable and somehow wins a 1v3 with more than half of his health remaining.

And also yes I know there's executioners calling but do my teammates know that exists? probably not
