Shouldn't Fiora's and Camille's Ult grant true sight?

Look at it. Both spells are something like "1v1 me scrub!", but how can this be fair when someone can just get invisible and just run away/trick her inside of her own R. It doesn't have to be sight for the whole team, but if one Fiora could see fed Kha'zix, she could better protect her ADC, or just kill the threat in a fair "Grand Challenge". I read about the changes on the PBE and I'm also pretty curious if red smite will prevent champions from getting invisible, as it should too. TL;DR There should be some kind of debuff like "Challenged" to prevent certain actions.

Honestly, it should just do 100% max hp as true damage on application. That way you don't need to worry about getting counterplayed on your ult.

The thing is, Invisibility is Invisibility (aka unable to be seen) because it doesn't like very long. If you pop your ultimate and they pop their invisibility spell, it is probably because they can't fight you, so kill them after they used it.
