@ Riot Can we please remove/change Akali shroud already?

This skill will never be balanced nor balancable. It straight remove counterplay against Akali and is the main reason her ban rates rised to the top nowadays. It's also the main reason why Akali is so hated. So I'll ask a question. Why are we keeping this ability in game when it is hated and prove to be toxic for the game itself .. the ban rates doesn't lie, and it's from platinum+ , so imagine in lower elo . This ability itself break Akali, it should be completely deleted and add something else at it's place. I garentee you that once her shroud is removed or changed , her ban rate will drop and she will feel fair to play against and even as, because let's be honest, even Akali player find her broken. So for once I ask, please do something.
