Can you please do something and make Taliyah not a joke? She was easily one of the most reliable mid laners I've ever had but combining:

  • the increased mana cost on her Qs a few patches ago, (ouch, yeah I felt that)
  • the removal of thunderlord's decree,
  • the fact that her Q goes down to one shard on worked ground,
  • the fact that Phase Rush is a really stupid rune option on her because her multi-Q's can't proc it (in that sense she doesn't fall into the spam category)
  • the sad truth that there isn't really a good keystone for her since Comet is a skillshot and her w displaces and she can't utilize half of Aery, she has just completely been underwhelming to play. The closest I've come to enjoying her this season is trolling with Glacial Augment and the hose.

Please. Do. Something.

I think she is in a relatively balanced state right now. Sure, there is no optimal keystone rune for her but Aery does a really nice job at increasing her poke damage. I think the mana on her Q is a little overkill but it really helps to have the Manaflow Band. All in all, I'm pretty sure you're just using hyperbole to make her seem awful, but such is not the case. If you feel as if she's underwhelming, go play a champion that you think is not underwhelming.
