Please don't remove an assassin's ability to assassinate

Reducing her damage numbers and AP ratios makes it so much harder to secure early kills to get her snowballing. And then with certain champions buying things like PD, Maw of Malmortius, Banshee's Veil+ Nullifying Orb, etc, it really takes away her ability to burst down the squishiest of champions.

I suggest removing/nerfing her CC is a better step for balancing her than decreasing her damage output. If instead of rooting, her chain instead slowed enemies for 1.5 seconds and just did damage afterwards, it would be much less infuriating. Assassins with alot of juke abilities shouldn't really need two forms of cc (her E and ER).

I think her E is the only thing that needs balancing. It could be transformed to just a slow on both the first 1.5 seconds and maybe a bigger slow after the 1.5 seconds, or maybe shorten the length required to break it. Or no slow at all, just the damage on both parts. Then give her the damage back. I feel as if the root is unnecessary.
