Just had a AFK mid lane. I couldn't jungle because then they would free farm and push. Couldn't farm my jungle because i would immediately get countered jungled while trying to hold lane. Don't want to sell my incomplete jungle item just to have that mid lane reconnect.
I get it's to stop the funnel strat but is there really no other way to solve that issue?
IT should be removed because it does NOT eliminate the gold funnel strategy seeing as how the reduced gold and exp from jungle camps this season only strongly encourage gold funneling.

Well you can try to propose other way Also, non-junglers earn less from jungle camps so its somewhat fair Also, you can finish your jg item and there will be no farming penalty anymore
