Dear Summoners and Riot:
Technically, it seems that (especially in ranked) Mordekaiser can NEVER REALLY BE PICKED as a support; he would simply lose the lane and probably even the game just for the pick.
So my question is if he can ever be picked as a support at all and, if so, under what circumstances?
Against who as an enemy bot lane?

This is hard to even take as a serious question. Is support in his listed roles?
Mysticman892 votesHe really doesn't offer much 'support-y' in his kit.
His w can give a speed boost to your carry when moving towards you I guess, and I think the ally gets the heal from w2 as well.
There are more traditional supports that do both of those things much better, so those will always be the superior choice if you can play both equally well.
