Report Riot for: Autofilling during Promo matches! This has to stop.
Dear Riot employee,
I'm asking that you let a technician or game developer know about this, please.
Time and again your company auto fills players during Promo matches. This cannot continue. It's unfair to the team with the auto filled player, and causes easy loses, griefing and harassment.
When a player enters a promo match, all ten players should be allowed to play their respective 1st choice roles. Otherwise you can't honestly say this is a fair ranked promotional. By auto filling people into a promos match, you are causing a lopsided game in which one team definitely has an advantage. Even if both teams were to have auto fills, you are not giving the players in question the opportunity to play at their best. It doesn't matter if the lack of auto fill costs us a few more seconds or even minutes in the queue, this is an instance when more respect must be given to player abilities.
Below I am posting a replay of player "-deleted for privacy-" (I opened a ticket) who immediately asked for a replacement jungler in champ select, and when he was denied this, picked Gragas with a mastery level of 6. Even then he died to an immediate jungle invade, cursed us and the game, and proceeded to afk for the rest of the match. Needless to say this cost us the match. This is NOT the first time an auto fill has cost me or a friend a promotional match within the last two weeks. This happens quite, quite often.
Riot, how can you claim that these matches are ranked play in which you can rate my performance, when you don't make the odds fair and controlled? When you handicap a player from champ select, your system is no longer a correct indication of player abilities. I have always felt like you do not listen to my posts, because I rarely see replies from your employees; I'm asking you now to consider what I'm saying and am also requesting the community to follow up with their feelings on this post I am making.
IMPORTANT: I'm also asking that YOU, as an employee, take a proactive measure on behalf of us, and speak directly to your company about this issue. I have the DISTINCT feeling that my forum posts go unnoticed. I am making a marked effort to help your company and the players who play the game to feel better and enjoy their matches. Please, reach out to the proper department and let them know about this.
