Can we give Rageblade a base atk spd?
Nerf the stacking atk speed by half and give a base atk spd of 25%.
Feels odd to lose a stat when buying the item. Didn't you learn from Phantom Dancer and the ms loss from getting when it was first reworked?

xxxDogmanxxx1 votesActually, it kinda feels really bad on the champions who built it before. It does far less damage now, has far less attack speed, and it gives a much smaller powerspike overall compared to before the rework.

xxxDogmanxxx1 votesIt's 139.99% efficient at max stacks. The Warrior jungle item is 147% efficient, and Warrior enchantment just plain feels bad. I'm not sure what kind of logic you operate on, but normal logic is a little different, bro. Also, just in case you're confused, I'm not the OP.
