Can Rakan get the same treatment Thresh gets?

Considering that he's supposed to rush Tank items AND is an enchanter Support, can he PLEASE be able to build Relic Shield and execute things with his attacks? Or at least give him something, anything that helps him secure farm with it. You can barely call Rakan's basic attacks ranged, unless you'd like to go into debate with me about how he's barely hitting further than Garen with his basic attacks who ALSO isn't ranged.

(To Clarify, Thresh's E gives him bonus damage on his next AA that ramps up over time if he hasn't attacked anything. This helps him farm greatly, and I think Rakan deserves the same, or at least AA range reduction and turning him into a melee character.) I think it's weird that Thresh who suffers from similar problems has a tool that helps him fix that problem, while Rakan doesn't.

Thresh does not execute minions with Relic Shield or its upgrades.

Rakan doesnt need it XD. he isnt a relic shield support. He is an ancient coint support.

There is no way they gave him all the disadvantages of melee and none of the benefits by accident, this must be intentional.
