I'm sorry that I looked down on the tank meta as cancerous and unfunny. Enchanters took the trophy home on this one, I haven't felt this limited and defenseless against ADCs in a long time. 
The issue is still marksman items, though. Enchanters are supposed to be good at protecting people. It's their whole thing. Marksmen aren't supposed to have so much self-survivability, though. 
were critical when enchanters were too weak, but now they're just overkill. We don't need to make enchanters weaker - instead, we should remove the crutches marksmen used to live when enchanters couldn't keep them as safe.
The basic problem is that ADCs couldn't rely on enchanters to keep them alive, so they had to do it themselves. As such, they got the tools to do so. However, now that they can rely on their enchanters, those tools haven't been nerfed or changed in any way. The problem isn't that enchanters are useful now, but that ADCs themselves have too much survivability for the squishy DPS champs they're supposed to be.

I think your meme is wrong. People can actually go into and see the white house in person and directly interact with the president. Area 51 does not exist. I think one of these things has a massive amount of security that the other does not.
Which marksmen though? Because the class is kinda diverse.....altho i myself find Twitch to be a massive pain.
However most marksmen currently are just a pain in the ass because they use 
to deal burst in a manner proven to be very powerful, especially against squishies.
But a few are genuinely only powerful because enchanters are strong, kog is such a case, he has never been good unless lulu or Janna also are as far as i can remember.
So aside from static build, twitch and enchanters playing in a rather....stale but also powerful way that lets marksman avoid paying for their mistakes. But other than that i don't think any one of them in particular stands out as problematic....
Oh, except Vayne who is a abomination that ought to be permabanned, or at least prevented from playing with an enchanter.

I literally can NOT get near adc's in team fights anymore. If I do, as soon as I come out of stealth, my burst get's completely negated by shields, I get cc'd and 1 shotted.
I want ADCs to be nerfed to the ground.
A champion that can kill enemies with a ranged skill with no CD, that scales with 100% total AD, that can't be dodged... should never be this strong.
Probably somebody has say it already, but Burst Per Second without even using proper skills shouldn't be a thing.

I wouldn't mind supporting a melee botlaner tbh. I once helped a Morde bot wreck hard
To be fair, enchanter meta is at least nice in that now you have bot lane supports that are actually supporting rather than going mage supports like brand/ zyra/ lux.
What I feel needs to happen for more diverse game styles to emerge is for Riot to create other equally strong support items that can compete with the synergy of Ardents with enchanting supports.
For example for cc tanks, maybe there could be an item that debuffs the enemy for a short duration after being cced. ( I'm not sure just throwing out ideas).
Another solution could be to expand the items paths for last whisper, giant slayer, and executioners calling. Maybe another item for debunking shields.
Such a huge lane bully. I'm always like 5000 cs behind. At least 
isn't meta anymore.
